R.I.P. G4 Power Book

Hi everyone. I'm sorry to say that at 2.33pm on the 5th of Jan my laptop passed away. I did all I could to save him (turned him off and on, and hit him) but sadly it was too late.

As a result there has been no blog.

But do not shed a tear for the lifeless titanium frame that was my only true friend. He will rise like a Pheonix from the ashes with a new 250gb harddrive and 2gb of ram! It's alot like Gandalf in The Lord of the Rings. Fitter, stronger and faster minus the beard.

Up Yorkshire like.

Kylie and I headed up to Yorkshire to see my bro who is posted up there with the army. He flies helicopters don't you know. While we were up there Kylie was obsessed with the idea of getting into some wellington boots. To compliment the look she started walking around everywhere with a shotgun. It's this seasons must have accessory.


Charlie and Laurie have recently had a baby boy called Ewan. He is very cute and I was given the honour of changing his nappy. Was like half a pint of carrot soup smeared over a wrinkly plucked partridge, but I attacked it with gusto and didn't pass out or anything.





To give Kylie her Wellington hit for the day we had a bit of a tramp over the Yorkshire moors. Kylie still hasn't quite managed to get used to the cold yet.



The Yorkshire moors are really beautiful. While we were there we saw the tail end of a hunt (Lots of guys in red coats driving the horse boxes) and some Pheasant shoots. We parked by the edge of the road to watch and Kylie witnessed a pheasant get blasted out of the sky. How she squealed with delight!
